All bills included, apartment comes with everything from Bedding, knives, forks, plates, pots , pans all down to Netflix & Disney on the TV included.
Speakers in every room which connect easily to your phone / devices. It’s a really well finished / kitted out apartment.

The other flatmate is a female , 29 working in the beauty Industry. She’s really friendly and sociable and also very quiet and tidy.


The tenancy is flexible, you’ll be signing your own contract for the room separate to the flatmate. I signed 1 month at a time originally but then signed for 6 months with option to extend. So they are flexible with the contract and agency managing are really hands on.
