3 Double rooms available in West Didsbury

Hi, I currently have 3 rooms available in a shared flat from the end of September/beginning of October. A great location just off of Burton Road, quite close to all the restaurants and bars. The street itself is also fairly quiet.

The flat has a reasonably sized living room with a dining table. The bathroom and kitchen are also shared. The kitchen includes the default appliances you might expect, a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and some you might not (the washing machine).

Each of the rooms include a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. One even comes fitted with a small sink and working tap!

As far as Didsbury properties go, its a little on the modest side, the price reflects this i guess. I've been here over 2 years and its been a solid house share thus far.

Bills are not included but come to around £100 per person.

Its a pretty good location for access to public transport with both the West Didsbury and Burton road tram stops within 5 minutes walking distance.
