Hi there! I'm Rob, looking for a temporary Housemate to share my lovely 3-bed house in Didsbury Village.

Available immediately. Short-term only for a Maximum of 6 months.

The house was renovated recently and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac next to Fletcher moss park, Didsbury village shops, bars, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away.

Available is a quiet, well-furnished double bedroom. You’ll also have the front room to yourself as I’m never in it, this could be set up as a lounge/office if you wish. The rest of the house has a bathroom and a downstairs WC. There is a bright airy kitchen/living room with large sliding doors leading onto a deck and the South-facing garden.

A bit about me - I'm a 43-year-old self-employed Carpenter. I’ve lived in Manchester for over 20 years and enjoy spending time in and around town and have a solid group of friends and family. I’m sociable but quite happy to spend most of my time on my own or exploring the countryside with my girlfriend in my campervan. I play tennis and golf and enjoy walks around Fletcher moss nearby. I work from home and out on jobs, but when at home you’ll mostly find me in my workshop making something or tinkering with my classic car.

Looking for a happy, friendly tidy, professional, who would probably prefer the quieter pace of life, and their own private space, rather than someone looking to go out and form a drinking partnership. Those night-outs are behind me. You won’t need furniture or any kitchen utensils etc as I’ve plenty here to share. .
