Hi, there will be one small double bedroom available for rent in this amazing five bedroomed house in Didsbury from 1st November. Female is preferred.

The rent is £525 per month excluding bills. All bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, TV license and council tax) are shared equally among all five tenants and it’s about £100 per person per month.

The existing tenants consist of four guys and one girl in the house. Two of them are PhD students and the other three are professionals. One of the male professionals is moving out to move into with his girlfriend so his bedroom will be available for rent from 1st November. To keep the male/female ratio balanced in the house, a female will be preferred in this case. Both professionals and students are welcome.

The bedroom is fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a double bed with mattress.

The house has two toilets and a very powerful shower. The shower room was refurbished not long ago. The lounge has a sofa, two arm chairs, a coffee table and a TV. Off road parking is available in front of the house and there is a large back garden.

The house is conveniently located near Didsbury village and the tram/train station. Many buses can be accessed through Wilmshow Road to the University of Manchester and the city centre. Hence it's good for people who working in the south of Manchester or city centre. Students are welcome too.
