Hi, I have 4 recently decorated double rooms for rent, 1 has en-suite and the other 3 would share a modern bathroom theres a very large lounge/kitchen and dinning room area with very modern fitted kitchen and 42inch tv on wall in lounge. theres a utility room all fitted out for your needs, it has a private back garden with patio area for sitting on, theres plenty of off and on rd parking if you have transport, it is situated 10 to 15 mins walk into didsbury village. also 5 minutes walk from didsbury train and tram station and all manchester and stockport bus routes, this house has only been rented out for the last 6 years and never been turned down once seen. its a really nice quiet rd to live on and a must see house, aswell as the double rooms to rent there is also 3 personal study/lounges up for offer but would be an additional fee, the people in are very friendly and tidy about the house and i would expect the same from any new tennant please do not waste your time looking if you are not of these qualities, thanks kevin
