Large room in a two bedroom flat in a lovely Victorian house which would suit a professional person. The other tenant is a nurse (not working in a Covid environment) in her mid 20s. She is easy to get on with and sociable. The flat would suit someone fairly independent who wants somewhere quiet, clean and comfortable but is also happy to share with one other person. There is a desk in the room and good broadband if home working.

The flat is in a good location near Wilmslow Road with plenty of buses to the city centre, University etc. and also walking distance to West Didsbury tram stop. It is a second floor flat and the rent is inclusive of bills (Council Tax, Water Rates, Broadband, heating etc). only the electricity is separately metered. The flat has a large kitchen/living room and bathroom with shower. There is a shared utility area in the cellar of the house with washing machine and drier (room for a bike if needed).

The house is in the Christie Parking scheme area which means if you have a car you can apply for a free parking permit so are not affected by the weekday parking restrictions which apply locally.

Short Term let is an option but the rent may be higher depending on how long. Please message me for details.
