I am moving out of a brilliant house share to move in with my boyfriend at the beginning of December. I’m gutted to be moving out of an awesome house that I currently share with Claire who is on the lookout for a new housemate.

Claire is early 30s professional working in the city centre who enjoys wine, socialising and playing netball a couple of times a week. Claire is a great person to live with, sociable, friendly and welcoming and she's on the lookout for someone similar.

What can I say about this place, it's amazing! A lovely house in Didsbury Village, close to restaurants, bars and pubs and super close to all the action on Burton Road if you wanted a few drinks on a Saturday night.

The house is set away in a private lane minutes away from Didsbury Village, making it a convenient location to the local pubs, shops and parks. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Didsbury Village tram stop and also benefits from on-street parking for those who have car.

The room itself is a spacious double bedroom, fully furnished (wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers) I'm also happy to leave the bedside table and the TV stand/bookshelf.

The house is super spacious with an open plan living room and dining area for entertaining or for a chilled one after a long day at work! There’s a a great garden out the back for summertime BBQs.

I'm flexible on the moving in date. I move into my new property on Saturday 7th December so it will be available from then and happy to work around the new tenants availability whether that be any time in December or early January.
