Double Room Available in Didsbury Village

My lovely housemate is moving out of the end of October to live with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to rent her room until May 2025.

The current lease is signed until May 2025 but there may be an opportunity to renew next year depending on our situations.

The house is located just a few minutes walk away from Didsbury Village high street and is in a safe area with nice neighbours. There is a living room with a kitchen and a small garden. Your room would be the large double upstairs, and there is one bathroom which is quite small.

I'm preferably looking to live with another girl as the house is small so it would be nice if we could be friends, although I would totally respect your privacy and alone time. My current housemate and I met via spare room and we have a great balance of hanging-out/watching telly, going the pub etc and equally giving each other space.

I work in marketing and also study interior design. I have a few friends already in Didsbury so on the weekends i'm usually pottering around with them or studying at home. We like to go for brunch/take turns hosting dinner which you'd be very welcome to join.
