I have a double room on edge lane which is two minutes to the tram, 5 mins to aldi. Across the road is the local shops . If you want to ride a bike into the city centre then its 15 mins away. I do live in the property too and so does my pet rabbit. Please don't hesitate to get intouch. I do have someone living there but he's going in February.
