I’m looking for a new roomie for early-mid February 2018, someone who’s considerate/respectful and clean like me :).

I have quite a busy life, so sometimes I’m not home until quite late and like a bit of quiet after a long day. Other times I’m up for doing stuff together (proactive activities such as going on hikes, day trips or even doing a jigsaw puzzle together, watch a movie or just chat!).

The Apartment:
The apartment gets plenty of daylight from the large windows, so it has a good atmosphere, with a spacious living room and bathroom with overhead shower. Modern kitchen with a breakfast bar table and breakfast bar stools. The bedroom currently houses a single bed, a large chest of drawers, a good quality desk with shelving, a canvas double wardrobe and coat hangers on the back of the door.

Location:
The room is within a block of apartments just off Market Street in Droyslden town centre, with a large Tesco Supermarket and petrol station nearby. On Market Street there are; butchers, bakers, hair and nail salons, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, nurseries and primary schools, and a small precinct/fort with some popular value-for-money shops and charity shops.

Public transport & Routes:
4 min walk to the tram and bus stops.
Tram: Ashton-Rochdale line via Manchester town Centre.
Buses 216, 217, 7, 168, 169; Ashton, Manchester City Centre, Stockport, Hyde, Denton, Fallowfield and Whalley Range and more.
20 mins drive to University of Manchester and Manchester City Centre, 10 mins drive to Ashton, Ikea.
Close to M60 to get to other places around and out of Manchester.
