Double bedroom on Monton's doorstep (Bills inc.)

I have a furnished double bedroom available from 22/12/2018 in my 1st floor apartment, overlooking the bridgewater canal. The room will contain a double bed, bedside table, mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a shared bathroom, recently refurbished open plan livingroom-kitchen and a balcony which overlooks the canal. There is also gated parking available. The apartment is a 2-3 minute walk away from the bars and cafe's of Monton but far enough not to hear them at night. The 33 bus to Piccadilly runs from just round the corner from the apartment every 20 mins (takes 30 mins) and there is a train station a 10 minute walk away with direct links to Manchester and Liverpool city centres (12 mins to Manchester, 45 mins to Liverpool).

I am a 26 year old accounting professional based in the city centre seeking a housemate who is pleasant, tidy and easy to get along with. I spend 2 or 3 nights a week at my girlfriend's place in town and go back to North Wales 1 or 2 weekends a month so you will have plenty of time to yourself in the apartment.
