If you would like to reserve a room we will require 1 weeks rent £140*. This is pre paid rent and will allow us to take the room off the open market and start the application for tenant referencing.
We would require 1 months rent and deposit at the time you get moved in to secure the room for the length of your contract. The deposit is registered with the TDS (tenancy deposit scheme) or DPS (Deposit Safety scheme) and returned to you at the end of your tenancy agreement.
