The current occupiers are very sociable and friendly. One recently completed as Masters program and is currently working part time. The other a full time professional in public services. Both are looking for someone who would like to live in a clean, welcoming and friendly home. In return the housemate would require to be friendly, clean, conscientious and respect the space and facilities within the home.

The house is comfortable and homely and clean with all the amenities required to live. TV, Broadband Access, Washer and Dryer, Car Parking and a small well maintained garden with seating and bbq. Perfect for anyone wanting a quiet place to retreat. .

The bedroom is the master bedroom in the property. It is a furnished room, include bed with bedding, bed side table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and floor lamp, personal use of a HD 42 inch TV. Everything needed to get started. It is a comfortable clean and modern space with plenty of storage space for your own belongings.

The house has excellent commuter links to Manchester City Centre and Salford University. The bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away. The M30 and Eccles train station are both 4 minutes away by car/bus - excellent links to other areas of Manchester and other cities.

There are great local amenities also minutes away including; Tesco Extra, Take Aways, Dominos, Petrol Station, Asda. The house is close to the Trafford Centre which is 5 minutes away by car.

Bills are inclusive of the price for standard and conscientious energy usage.
