I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in an 8 bed student house in the heart of Fallowfield. The bedroom is situated on the ground floor, it is the biggest bedroom in the house. Comes fully furnished with two sets of draw chests, a big built in wardrobe and a desk.

House is a 2 minute walk from Sainsburys, and also a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (where you can catch the magic bus from)
It's a 5 minute walk to The Gym/Armitage.

The house itself is 8 bedroom, with 4 boys and 3 girls. The living room is big and the kitchen has two American style fridge freezers, two ovens and hobs, and an industrial washing machine. There are two bathrooms, a girls bathroom and a boys bathroom, with a good quality electric shower and a bath. We do have a reasonable sized back yard as well.
