Two-bed terraced house. Live in landlord.

The room is furnished as seen. I am happy to provide other furniture as needed e. g. desk / chest of drawers depending on what is required.

Shared bathroom, kitchen / diner and living room and access to small garden.

If you work from home I can be flexible re working spaces e. g. the front living room is a nice room to work in and not used in the day usually.

I am an English teacher and I work in adult education. I am usually out at work 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday. Sometimes I work from home and I tend to use my bedroom desk.

I'm often in of an evening. I like TV and films, podcasts, music, reading etc. I cook but not every day. Happy to cook and eat together sometimes,

I like having friends round sometimes. I'm quite sociable but it's a nice relaxed, quiet house most of the time.

Good location on Horton Road, a nice friendly suburban street. Very close to lots of local shops and take aways plus Aldi is 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes walk to Rusholme. 5 minutes walk to Alexandra Park. 5 minutes walk to Platt Fields.

Bus routes:
5 minutes to 111 (Yew Tree Road)
or 101 (Princess Road) to town.

I'm looking for someone who is relatively clean and tidy and happy to socialise sometimes in the house. It would be good if we got on well so it's important we meet first and have a chat.
