Fitted Kitchen with utilities (e. g. washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer etc). Double glazing and central heating throughout.

House is fully compliant with health and safety regulations including emergency lighting, fire doors, smoke alarms, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and yearly gas inspections. House has been inspected by Manchester City Council and holds a valid House of Multiple Occupancy license.

We also employ a cleaner every other week to keep the communal areas clean and tidy.

Small back garden and on street parking is available. Quiet Cul De Sac location off Watford Avenue close to Platts Park and Manchester City training academy with easy access to Wilmslow Ave/Oxford Road/Universities and regular buses (every 5 mins) into Manchester centre. Bus stop is 5 mins from front door so can be in city centre within 10 mins. Local shops close by.
