The room is in a four bedroomed end terrace which is situated in Fallowfield. Fallowfield is a vibrant student town, meaning the house is very close to bars, restaurants, parks and a large supermarket.

You will be living with three friendly girls who are students in their second year of study at the University of Manchester. They are tidy and keep the house clean. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden area but you will have your own bedroom which is situated upstairs, near to the bathroom. The cosy bedroom has a double bed, a sizable desk for studying, a large wardrobe and even shelves above the desk. There are four plug sockets situated around the room so shortage of a plug socket is never a problem. The household also has wifi so it will be possible for you to complete university work whilst in the comfort of your own home. There is also a colour television in the living room with a TV license.

The rent for the house is £333.75pppm and bills are not included in this but are approximately £40pppm. For an administration fee, the estate agent can legitimately put the house in your name rather than mine so that payment of rent is clear and easy. The estate agents also need a deposit of £385 but you should get this back when the lease has ended. The house will be available any time after the 1st February and the lease ends on the 30th June 2017.

I am moving out of the house as I am a student and will be studying abroad during the second semester of the academic year.
