Double Room in house available

I have a good sized double room that I am looking to rent out in my 3 bed house with off road parking for 2 cars. The 3rd room is a small box room which I use as a spare or to rent to friends only on short term basis. The house has a conservatory off the living room alongside a good sized kitchen including washer and dryer. The room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and under-bed sliding storage and desk and chair. There is a small but nice garden at the back of the house. I also own a piano in the house, for those musically minded though I wish I could play better.

I’m looking for a someone who likes to keep things relatively tidy and is friendly and sociable.

I have a cat who is house trained and she is very friendly girl but will look to steal food if left out. I often go out dance salsa and kizomba socially and now teach salsa as well. Although a good box set will have me in for the weekend.
