The flat is situated on the Whalley Range/Trafford border and is a 5 minute walk from Firswood tram stop and the Stagecoach 86 route into Manchester city centre.
Any potential person must be friendly, respectful, have regular income, be reasonably clean and happy to do a cleaning rota as we've found that's what works best to make sure the place is nice to be for everyone.
Living with 3 other people, all creative and philosophical. We're all good friends, like to hang out, chat and cook food.
