The flat is in Firswood/Whalley Range in a great location. The flat is above a strip of shops including a restaurant, barbers and a 24hour Booze Shop.
The flat is spacious inside with a large living room and separate kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridges/freezers, microwave, airfryer etc. The bedroom available is the largest in the flat and comes with a bed, mattress, desk, sofa and shelving. The furniture can also be removed if you wish to bring your own.
Your flatmates will be two lovely working professionals, 26 and 25 years old, and Cleo the cat. The flat tends to be relatively quiet and relaxed, my flatmates enjoy spending time together in the living room, watching TV or having a few drinks at the weekends, but also enjoy their own space.
We are looking for someone of a similar age to replace me, preferably someone with similar interests.
