Furnished double room to let

My name is Colette O'keefe, I am a young minded 40yr old professional, live in landlady, who loves to laugh & dance like no one is watching💃🙊
I make friends very easily & am happy to spend time with a housemate if wanted, equally I'm happy for lodgers to do their own thing.
I am looking for a friendly professional to share my house with.
I currently share the house with a 38Yr old male, who works as a chef.
Over the last 6 years I have successfully rented out two rooms to numerous people & have since made firm friends in the process🤗
Some tenants have been short term due to job location needs, others on a more permanent basis.
I currently have a furnished double room available to let,
Inc... Double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table with a mirror & a large double wardrobe with a shelf above.
All areas are shared, I have the most comfy rather large corner sofa, perfect for a total chill day binge watching Netflix👌
I run my own business as a Beauty Therapist & work long day's Tuesday to Saturday.
I have two small Shitzu's Molly & Millie, both fully house trained & as sad as it may sound they are my world🐶💖🐶
I am located a brisk 15 minute walk to Trafford General Hospital, accessible by bus also.
From the hospital there is a regular shuttle that runs to Manchester Royal Infirmary.
The Trafford Centre is on my doorstep & it is a 15/20 minute walk to flixton train station, where there is a service to Manchester City
Centre which only takes 7 minutes.
I have a cleaner once a week.
The rent includes.. council tax, water, electric, gas, Wi-Fi & cleaner.
Deposit of £250 to be paid in order for me to remove my add & secure the room.
This will be paid back in full when the contract ends, providing the room & house is left as found.
