2 Rooms available in 3 bed semi. Separate downstairs shower and toilet on the ground floor. One of the double rooms available is on the ground floor. The second double room available is in the first floor. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor next to this room. On street parking. Lots of buses to city centre and surrounding area. I STAY WHEN I NEED TO FOR WORK. I HAVE A ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. I don't want to spend my free time cleaning when I stay!!! I hope people will keep their own rooms clean and tidy... clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
I ask that house mates consider other's privacy so if anyone wanting partners, friends or guests to visit... prior notice should be given. Large Tesco near by. Lots of pubs and takeaways. A gym nearby. Debdale Park walking distance. The kitchen and appliances are new. Additional Fridge freezer if Vegetarian. I've had the upstairs bathroom renovated recently. Not suitable for a night shift worker at the moment. I am decorating one of the downstairs living rooms. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
