There’s also a yard out the back and plenty of parking on the road.

All bills are included: gas central heating, water, council tax, internet, tv license and Netflix.

The house is particularly well located for getting to town, with regular buses that take about 20 minutes or a quick train ride from Ryder Brow station around the corner and Belle Vue nearby.

By bike the fallowfield loop takes you to Levenshulme in less than 10 minutes and you can also cycle to town along the Ashton canal.

There is a large 24 hour Tesco Extra supermarket a 3 minute walk away and an Aldi a bit further down the Hyde Road. Other amenities include a nice local pub - The Vale, a Puregym, Cinema and Debdale Park and reservoir, all a short walk away.
