This is a large, en suite loft room in my home, has the benefit of an en suite shower room, comfortable seating area in your room. You would share large kitchen with all the usual amenities, shared lounge, super fast broadband.
The house is tardis like, in as much as everyone has their own space, the kitchen is the hub of the house and scene of evening chats. The house is warm, friendly, homely and comfortable. The houseshare is successful and people stay long term, this room has becoming available due to a job relocation.
As the room is in the loft, it is quiet and away from any road noise, overlooks the garden. The house is ideally situated for the airport, is equidistant between Hale and Altrincham, both within walking distance.
The price includes gas central heating, electricity, broadband, council tax, cleaning of the communal areas weekly.
There is off and on road parking, you would have an allocated car space with this room.
