Hi! 😁 I have a room to rent for a single person, I am ver flexible with length of stay. It's in a nice cosy, friendly and easy going home. The flat is spread over two floors and located in a residential area in North Manchester not far from the city (10 to 15 minutes by frequent buses) and close to tram Station. Looking for a tidy and clean house mate.
*Things to note:
Short stays are welcome. It states Maxium stay 1 month however, this is NOT correct and I am unable to change it.
Add is for Monday to Friday only.
This room does not have an ensuite but has a separate toilet.
Vape allowed in property but no cigarette smoking.
Towels, bedding and sheets supplied and washed weekly for Monday to Friday renters so
No cleaning required. I will clean apartment and room every week, all I ask is that you clean up after yourself.
Females preferred
Washing and drying fee is £4.
The bedroom is private with its own lock on door.
