Bright, double room close to Heaton Park

I have a cosy, recently renovated, semi-detached home in Prestwich, in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Heaton Park.

It has great transport links - close to the motorway, trams and buses into the city centre. The trams and buses are a few minutes walk from the house. The tram only takes 12 mins to Victoria. An Uber is about £12 to or from the city centre.

Heaton Park is 2 minutes' walk and Prestwich Village, 10 minutes. The village has a good choice of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes.

I have lived in my home for 4 years and have built a lovely relationship with my neighbours in the close. You'll be most welcome to join in!

Your room is a bright, double room with a large window overlooking the garden. You would also have the use of a shared bathroom, living room, a light and airy kitchen diner, and a sunny enclosed garden. There is plenty of parking at the front of the house as well as an off-road parking space for you.

The monthly rent includes all bills, fortnightly professional cleaning (if desired) and fast broadband.

I am a fairly regular runner in the park, and also go to a local gym. I am passionate about healthy eating and love to cook and entertain. I travel as often as I can, generally to new places and countries.

I'm looking for a professional female lodger, who works full time, is very clean and tidy, and likes to live in a clean and tidy home.
