Top Floor Apartment (so no noise!)

Hi, I’m Evan and I have recently purchased this beautiful apartment located in Hollingworth near Glossop and I am looking for a housemate to move in and fill the spare room.

The apartment offers well proportioned rooms, with plenty of onsite parking. The room up for rent is a decent size as you can see from the photos and can be furnished with the stuff that is already in there or unfurnished if you’d rather bring things in, either works for me! (The mattress is new) It is Situated in a convenient location close to the centre of Hollingworth Village and convenient for access to the M67 towards Manchester and the open countryside. Manchester is very accessible being around a 30 minute drive. Bills will be included in the price. It is also a top floor flat so it is really quiet and has amazing views of the hills! I will also happily buy some nicer furniture for the room if someone wants it!
