Double Bedroom

Large double room in a very bright and modern space. My girlfriend is being relocated so I am looking to rent out our spare bedroom. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and you would have the main bathroom to yourself, as my room is ensuite. Your bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside units, shelving, mirror, storage closet and window blinds. The landlord is a friend and she is very responsive to any issues we may have.

I am also a tenant and enjoy living here thanks to its size, location, security and friendly concierge team. I work in sales and usually out of the house around 7am. In the evenings I go to the gym, take salsa classes, and swim. My girlfriend will be back some weekends and I will also be away visiting her so you’ll have the flat to yourself occasionally. I enjoy going out for drinks, the outdoors and watching Game of Thrones. However, as I work long hours, I am looking for a chilled roommate who is respectful that I tend to go to bed early (ish) and who wants to keep the flat tidy.

Location:
The apartment is in a great central location, and just down the street from the new HOME complex. Close by is a Sainsbury’s Local, Starbucks, a handful of bars and restaurants and transport links.

The room is available from 01 June 2019.

Rent:
£480 per month and includes TV License, Internet, Council Tax

Bills:
Electricity and Water combined is approx. £60-£80 per month (Seasonal vs usage)
