The room available is the en suite bedroom, quite big and comes with everything you will need in there. The flat itself is really nice with a front room/kitchen area that always catches the sun due to the massive windows.
There is also a balcony that wraps around the front of the place, good for drinking/eating/generally being outside. There is also a communal roof terrace area and BBQ area on the first floor, which is nice.
I am 24, work in Marketing in the city and pretty easy to live with. I like to go out drinking, eating, watching football...usual stuff really. Looking for someone who is into the same ideally.
