"Hi there. I've got a large double room with an ensuite available in a beautiful, new-build 3 storey townhouse, with laminate wood flooring, and a large living room with floor to ceiling french doors that open onto a balcony. 15 mins walk from town, near Asda and all transport links. You would be sharing with 3 people - all professionals in their 20s / early 30s.

Rent is £520 per month INCLUDING ALL BILLS - unlimited wireless fibre broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax and even TV licence. The only small additional cost is all the housemates split the cost of a cleaner who comes twice monthly (which is £15 a month per person), otherwise everything else is included.

The room is a very large and light double room with a Juliette balcony and large sliding doors. It has an ensuite bathroom, a double bed, 2 wardrobes, and bedside table. The room was recently refurbished and has a new carpet and has been freshly painted. Available from 1st March 2019. We would prefer a professional in their 20/30s, and someone who is tidy and will respect the house and help keep communal areas tidy and well-maintained. Minimum stay 6 months please - I do a rolling contract so every 6 months you can renew or give notice.
