Due to me moving in another area and flat with a mate, I am looking for someone to take over my room until the tenancy is up on the 9th of September. It might be even possible to prolong the contract afterwards. The girls I live with are really nice and easy to get along with. Emma is from Wales and studies Fashion Promotion and Teresa is from Spain and studies Art.
The flat has a spacious living room and is located in Hulme, close to the Universities and centre. Small supermarkets like Morrisons and Co-op are a 5-7 minute walk away and a big Asda, Poundland, Argos, B&M a 15 minute walk away. Bus stop in front of the flat.
There is also a nice Hulme Community Garden, and a cute Cafe called Grano close by.
The bills are around 43 Pounds per person.
If you've got any questions please feel free to drop me a message! xx
