Fabulous house in Hulme

If you're looking for a home, rather than just another house then you've found the right place. I have a double room to let in a three bedroom townhouse in Hulme sharing with myself, my friend Robbie and two small, but very cute dogs. The house is bright and vibrant with a large balcony at the front and back garden at the back. All amenities are included (bills, internet, Sky TV) as part of the price and while the room itself isn't huge - we think the space in the rest of the house makes up for it. The location is good, with a 10 minute walk into town, 7 minutes to the Metrolink/ Train Station (Deansgate) and shops within 5 minutes walk. We also have free street if you have a car.

The housemates - Were both in our 30s and work Monday to Friday in the City. We’re both gay guys. The ideal person would be clean and tidy and a similar-minded professional.

I also have two very friendly dogs, so you’d need to be a fan of dogs. There’s no expectation on you to look after them, but they’re always up for an extra walk should you want to take them to the local park.
