I am looking for someone to replace me in a beautiful ensuite double room from 1st of July!
The spare room is blessed with great natural light and well furnished. Bills are included in rent.
House is located next to Hulme Park, so it is a 15-minute walk from the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. Moreover, it is well connected to both the city centre and shopping areas. The area of Hulme is very student friendly, Coop and Morisson's are few steps from house, and there is a big Asda just ten minutes of walking.
There are two more tenants, both of them PhD students. They are tidy, respectful, quiet and busy with work. Therefore, I am looking for someone alike, but still friendly and willing to hang out. We have a shared living room on the first floor and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a little garden.
