The house is a modern, large three-storey town house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to the centre of Manchester; great bus links to Oxford Road, the Trafford Centre and city centre and also close to the motorways.

Downstairs : big kitchen, utility room, toilet and a separate dining room/study to share. This can be used for a home office/storage/dining room (as you wish!)

First floor : large sunny lounge with balcony and double room. Double room (this is the one available)

Second floor : two double bedrooms. Large shared bathroom (for this room and the other bedroom on the floor below) with shower and lovely big bath. Sizeable storage cupboard.

Designated parking and garden (with plentiful raspberries in the summer)! At the back of the house there are school playing fields which are green and leafy (and very rarely used).

I am looking for mature, respectful and professional tenants who want to live in a friendly houseshare where everyone does their bit. The current tenants in their are early 20s and often working!
