Hi, My name is Dawn. I have a lovely double room to let in a cosy laid back, friendly house. Very homely. Starting 8th Sept 2024 till beginning of Mar 2025. (6 months) All bill included. The room would suit professional or students looking for a home away from home, quiet place to stay/study. The room is spacious. It is furnished to a high standard. Including bed, Double wardrobes and drawers. The room has a study table/chair, and desk lamp. Internet access is also included.
Shared areas:- Bathroom, Fully fitted Kitchen with washing machine, Dining area, WC. I prefer non smokers, who are respectful of others. Must be clean & tidy and will clean up after themselves. Especially the kitchen and bathroom.
Good transportation links, but also only 15/20min walk into Manchester town centre and roughly 7min walk to Uni. Everything you will need is in close proximity, and walking distance.
