I'm James. I am a friendly, professional male looking for a someone to move into the double room which is located in the Hulme/Castlefield area of Manchester.

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of February so the flat will become available from the 27th.

The apartment itself comes with a shared bathroom (with shower & bath), living room (two sofas, dining table, coffee table & television), kitchen (with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, sink, washing machine etc.) balcony (looking out onto the city centre).

The apartment is approximately 10 minutes from Deansgate & Manchester Oxford Road train stations, and only a 15 minute walk from the city centre, as well as good transport links into the centre and further afield.

The rent for the flat is £475.00 pcm, plus bills at approximately £85 pcm (incl internet, electric, water, council tax & TV licence).
