It is a double bedroom fully furnished with bed (including memory foam mattress), bedside table, wardrobe, and a desk. There are two bathrooms in the property so no bathroom queues in the morning.
Ideally i am looking for a professional who is clean and tidy. I am a doctor and will be undertaking a lot of shift work. I like to keep things tidy and ideally want a roommate who will clean up after themselves and share in looking after the flat.
Bills vary depending on use. Currently they are around £140 a month (including council tax, broadband, electricity, water, tv licence)
