Flatmate Wanted For Superior Apartment

I have a really nice apartment in Manchester, It's absolutely huge with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so privacy is assured. All the very latest mod cons and plenty of space to relax, The sitting room has a high vaulted ceiling and is open plan, kitchen, dining room and sitting room all in one. The best feature is a large South facing roof terrace which catches all the sun. And, for convenience, it's only 2 minutes walk to the Tram Station and Deansgate Tram Station is the next stop into the City Centre. As you can probably guess it's expensive, so I'm looking for a flatmate to help me out with the rent. All bills are included in the rent and the flatmate would have the run of the apartment and use of all of the facilities. The flatmate will have their own food cupboard, fridge & freezer. I have a housekeeper visit once a week so that the apartment is kept clean & tidy. The housekeeper would also do my flatmate's bedroom & bathroom as this service is included in the rent. I'm sorry, only non-smokers will be considered. Not suitable for couples.
