6 months sublet, ensuite room near city center

Hello!
I have a nice ensuite room to sublet for 6 months, since I have to go to US to do part of my phD project.
It is a temporary situation and I'll need to come back after the 6 months, but on the bright side I'll leave all the furniture and other things to the use of the new tenant. It is really convenient for short period stay...for more infos you can always ask me in private.
The move in and out dates are negotiable too.

The house is in three floors:
1) big kitchen (with dishwasher); first bedroom; utility room (with whashing machine and dryer); bathroom
2) living room; storage closet; second bedroom
3) main bathroom; small storage closet; third bedroom; THIS ROOM

The room is really bright and it comes with a double bed, big wardrobe, desk, dresser, night table... also it is ensuite!
The rent is 390£ pcm and the bills are roughly £40 a month including internet. Perfectly suitable for students!

The house is located in Hulme, it is pretty close to Deansgate and city center (15 min walk). It has a nice backyard too!
