“A large double bedroom is available in a furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom top floor apartment in the heart of Manchester City Centre (Deansgate Square/Castlefield).

The Hill Quays building includes access to a gym/steam room/sauna and concierge.
Your Bedroom is a large double room including double bed and wardrobes, the room has an great wall to wall window which gives a panoramic view of the city towards Deansgate Square.

Your Bathroom is the large main bathroom and opposite your room. It has a bath (inc shower), toilet, sink and heated towel rail (the other bedroom has its own en-suite).

The kitchen has fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and plenty of storage.

The living room is currently furnished with a corner sofa and TV, this room also has access to the balcony.
The hallway/reception room allows access to the living room, bedrooms, main (your) bathroom and a large storage closet.

Inclusive Bills*:
Included in the rent are water, electricity, high speed broadband bills and access to the facilities.


About me:
Worth noting, I am rarely in which gives you the place to yourself most of the time. When I am, I am fairly relaxed but I do like to keep the place tidy. I work in finance/investments.

I’ve lived with two previous flatmates who each lived stayed for about two years each, still friends with them both and I’m sure they’d be happy to tell you what it is like living at Hill Quays.

Fairly relaxed on who moves in, as long as you are reasonably tidy and easy to get on with.

Important:
The building has just (finally) been fully renovated with the cladding being replaced.”

Other:
-Near to Hill Quays there are really easy transport links: under 1 minute walk to Deansgate/Castlefield Met Station or Deansgate Train Station, <10 minutes walk to Manchester Oxford Road station.
-Local amenities include shops, cafés and bars on Deansgate & First Street. Spinningfields is a stroll down the road.

-Parking can be arranged separately in the underground car park, this is usually £100-£150 pcm.

-New wooden flooring and carpets since photos taken (will update)

-would consider couples with a supplement charged
