Double room in Hulme with its own bath

Looking for someone to replace me in my 2 bed flat in hulme on the main Stretford road.
The flat is partly furnished but youll have a double bed already. :)

The bus stop is just outside the building and buses come every 5-8minutes and take 15 mins to Piccadilly gardens.

Your flatmate is a music journalism student at Bimm but also has his own business so hes pretty occupied with that. Down to earth bloke, not a party animal but enjoys going out as much as playing his PS4 haha. P. s. he has the loveliest cat but shes a no bothe as shes always in his room.

There is an agency fee of £120 for the documents and securing the deposit.
