Double room available in a modern 2 bedroom 1st floor flat in Hulme. Large shared kitchen/living space with appliances (including dishwasher), 3 + 2 seater sofas, dining table/chairs and balcony. The master bedroom (not available) has an en-suite meaning the main bathroom is mostly yours to use. Secure parking space in ground floor communal garage. Bills are split equally each month between all tenants (normally £50-80 each).

No. 85 and 86 buses to the City Centre/Chorlton minutes from the flat, next door to shops (Asda, Argos, B&M, Poundstretcher), minutes walk to newly refurbished leisure centre (Gym, Pool, Sauna), 10-15 min walk to universities, and 25-30 min walk to city centre.

We are an easy going and sociable couple of guys looking for similar in a housemate. I am currently studying for a Masters of Landscape Architecture at MMU so spend most of my time at the uni and also work 1-2 days a week. My boyfriend is currently working full time as an Assistant Architect. We enjoy days away and going out in the city with mates as much as a chilled night at home with good food, company and a few drinks.
