My flatmate is moving out at the end of the month because she has to relocate back down south, so I have a furnished double room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Castlefield available from beginning of June
The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom and a large living area.
Location wise, it is just around the corner from Cornbrook tram stop and a short walk to Deansgate with local shops and bars just down the road.
The rent is £350 a month and bills tend to come to £180 (Council tax, Electricity, Water, Broadband and TV License).
I’m looking for someone who is sociable, considerate and tidy but you don’t need to be a clean freak – I’m certainly not. It's a very chilled out place to live.
