Room Details

we live on a very quiet street ,20 mins walk from train station,2 mins from a bus stop to all major routes, off street parking,10 mins from Trafford centre and AJ bell stadium . All to
Routes to Warrington/Manchester ,parking available
Room includes tv ,desk ,wardrobe, bed, mirror, bills
we've rented to students for past few years on/off
we have previously said no to pets ,but we have a big garden and so if the animal was child friendly we'd consider it(if it was a long term stay)
Dan is in IT ,I work 2 days in a hairdressers, we have a
3year old and 8year old step daughter we see most weekends.
We go out most weekends doing family activities etc.
our home would suit someone looking to study, rest, work in peace, quiet by all means go party do whatever you like but if your looking for a party atmosphere this isn't the right place as we have kids.
Your welcome to have friends over etc, our garden is in mid renovation hopefully be finished for summer it will be lovely when finished for bbq's etc. We have a homely quiet family atmosphere
We've had students from all over the world so basic English would be great but not essential.
