Single Room for Rent £300/pcm all inclusive

I am renting out my spare room from the 1st of November as my current housemate is moving in with his partner. I bought the house last year and refurbished it to a high standard. I am a specialist nurse, I don’t do shift work just the odd on call shift. I am looking for someone (male/female) to move in. I’m fun and outgoing and enjoy spending time with my friends and socialising/going to the pub/watching Netflix/cooking. Ideally I am looking for a professional with similar interests who could become a friend.
The room is small and a single (hence the price) it is fully furnished with a bed & mattress, a double wardrobe and a bedside table. The bathroom is communal, I have a lovely living area and a brand new kitchen. To the back there is a garden with decking and it’s a sun trap when we do get the odd bit of sun. The street is nice and quite and I never have any trouble. 5 minute walk from the top of Bolton road with lots of bus links, 5 minuted drive from Salford Royal hospital and a 10 minute drive to Salford quays/ Media City!
Pictures of the room are from last year, there is currently a double bed in there so they don’t give the space much justice.
