We are looking for a trustworthy professional who can reliably pay bills and contribute to maintanence of the house. Due to council tax situation students not considered.

Area is a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood, in walking distance to Fallowfield or Withington, and a short journey to Didsbury.

Landlord lives across the street and is on hand to help when we have problems.

There is currently 1 proffesional housemate looking for friendly easy going tennant.

House is somewhere to chill out and unwind after work. Reasonable noise is acceptable (Sounds of guitar playing will be heard at reasonable hours) but some consideration to each others work lives is required.

There is a sizeable garden for enjoying the 3 days of Manchester sun, or potential rainy BBQs.

Location is close to Mauldeth Road, including shops and rail St, and transport links to City centre (10min on train).

House is in good shape with a new kitchen and bathroom recently installed.

Bills and housework shared by tenants.
