It's a Victorian mid terrace and the house was completely renovated by me when I bought it in 2016.
You have a beautiful double room and your own bathroom.
As you can see in the photos there is a living room, plus fireside chairs in the kitchen and a sofa in the spare front room so that's another shared living room space.

All utility bills are included, elec. gas, water, broadband and council tax.
There are wood burners and if you use them there would be an additional £30pm for logs.

You will be sharing with just me and the house and I are very quiet, clean and tidy so if you are too and you like the look of the room come and have a look.
