Small double room with garden facing window in house of 3.

The place has good links to city centre - 10 minute walk to Levenshulme train station (which is 1 stop to Manchester Picccadilly). And ~7 minute walk to the Stockport Road which has a few pubs/bars/ shops/ etc and the 192 bus.

Room is furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. These were all bought new quite recently. There is space for a chest of drawers or a small desk of your own, but the room would ideally suit someone without a large amount of stuff.

Bills are around £70-90 a month. This includes water, internet, council tax and electricity and gas. £90 in the coldest bits of winter and £70 in the summer when the heating isn't turned on.

I am looking for a housemate who is sociable, chilled and easy going, and interested in stuff. I'd like the house to be quite communal, so it would be good to find someone who didn't just see it as a room but would ultimately be happy to hang out and cook for one another in the week.

Both of us work 9-5s so will be around in the evenings and weekends.

I like to keep it really tidy and clean and take quite a lot of care in decorating the place and making it a nice environment to hang out in, so am looking for a new housemate that is definitely up for maintaining this.

The garden is pretty vibey with the flowers and veg I've planted, it's really nice to eat out there or have people over for drinks & bbqs. Bonus if you're into gardening,.

I am the landlord so no agency fees and a vested interest in fixing things if they break :)
