Large Double Room Available sharing with Female 31

Hi there,

I'm Michaela, I'm 31 and I'm a musician and lecturer from Manchester with a large, fully furnished, double room available in Levenshulme, Manchester.

My friend has just moved out of the house we shared to live with his partner so I'm looking for someone to share with! The rent is £485 including bills (I rent the house from my Dad no letting agent fees or contracts).

The house is spacious and fully furnished and has a living room, dining room, large kitchen, large garden, basement with washing machine and dryer, bathroom (with shower/bath/WC) and two double bedrooms. It's fully furnished and has gas central heating, fast wifi and parking.

Levenshulme has a great little food/vintage market in the train
station car park (2 minutes walk) every Saturday and there's a great community vibe, a few good places for eating/drinking etc.

The house is very close to the train station (Trains take about 6 minutes into Manchester City centre and similar to Stockport) - surprisingly it's so close but you definitely can't hear the trains going by. There's also a bus route into town (Stockport Road - A6). It's around 10-15 minutes into town.

The room is available from the beginning of March but I'm looking for the right person to live with so I'm interested in anyone looking for a place in March/April or would also consider a short term let.

In terms of the type of housemate, I'm very sociable but also work and lot and I'm out usually at weekends. I'm looking
for someone that won't be just hanging round the house all the time watching TV or in their room. Someone with a busy, active and sociable lifestyle whos up for a catch up/glass of wine/brew and someone who will also will be respectful to the house and my personal space (clean, tidy etc all the usual)... character and personality also very important... be great to have a laugh with someone ;)
