Newly renovated, 3 bed victorian terrace in Levenshulme. New kitchen and bathroom. I'm going to repaint the room once the current lodger has moved out, so it will be all fresh. (I'll also update the photo once I've done this)
TRANSPORT
Train - 10-15 minute walk to Levenshulme station, 6min train into Piccadilly.
Bus - 192 - 5 minute walk, 25mins into Piccadilly.
Bicycle - Couple of mins to fallowfield loop
TIMING

LOCATION
Levenshulme is proud of its community feel, it’s home to the Levenshulme Market, Antiques Village, Trove, Station Hop, Isca and Talleyrand (lots of events on like gigs, quizzes, open mic, film nights, life drawing etc). Around Levenshulme theres also mini festivals/jumble trails/art auctions.
ME
Lisa (32, Designer/Call handler) plus 1 cat Jasmine, 1 kitten Poppy.
Typically Mon-Fri is chilled in the house. Usually out doing stuff a few nights a week, whether its socialising, yoga, food/drinks. Weekends can vary from hiking to hangovers.
I'm currently working from home.
YOU
Would like someone who is a professional, clean, tidy, respectful, easy going and sociable. Also, someone that doesn't work from home is preferred.
